A pianist and chamber musician whose life path determines passion and love for music.
She completed a first-cycle programme in the Royal Conservatory of Brussels in the class of an eminent Belgian pianist – Eliane Reyes.
Meeting and working under such a significant musical personage has inspired Agata to find her own poetics in performing pieces. She continued her artistic education at the Karol Lipinski Academy of Music in Wrocław, under the supervision of Dr. Gracjan Szymczak, where she received a master’s degree in piano performance.
Agata’s musical journey has received fundamental inspiration from numerous master classes and collaborations with outstanding pianists and teachers— such as Nina Drath, Claudine Orloff, Jan Drath, Henry Barda, Calogero Di Liberto, Manuela Schull, Zofia Lalak, Jan Kubica, Carl Petersson, and Kornelia Ogorkowna.
Her passion and musical sensitivity have been recognized by the Fryderyk Chopin Society of Texas, and observed in her numerous invitations to concerts in Europe and the United States. Agata’s most important solo achievements include first place in the Sonatina and Sonata competition in Corpus Christi, Texas— thanks to which she was invited to take part in a concert for winners in the famous Carnegie Hall— as well as a place in the semi-final of the prestigious World Piano Competition in Cincinnati, Ohio.
